Store has tables that are always dirty this has become the norm. I hate it. Not coming to eat in the store ever again. Women's bathroom has trash everywhere no hand soap and puke and poop stains on the wall. Yuck

Giving 2 overall stars because the place needs cleaned! The highchairs were really gross, and you could tell that general mopping doesn't get done properly. There was a layer of grim coming out from under the drink cooler. We were there when it wasn't busy, the perfect time to be cleaning things. I'll always write a bad review for a dirty restaurant.

There was a hair baked into my bread, and an eyelash on the bottom of it. Not exactly sure how though manage that, but on top of it, the lobby was filthy too.

The service at this Subway location was disappointing. Although we were the only customers in the store during a quiet late-morning visit, the employee appeared impatient and rushed us through our order. The interaction felt unnecessarily curt and unwelcoming, which negatively impacted the overall experience.

Came in at 10am and was the only customer. Ordered footlong roast beef and cheese…told they had no roast beef so took ham instead. Server rushed through my order and didn’t include napkins until I had to call him back to the counter for them. He seemed a bit rude and “put-out” to wait on me. I’m a Newcastle resident and have been a waitress for years so I know this was NOT customer service at all. No tip.
Had to come to town from Gillette for a emergency hit line. none of us had ate and seen subway was open for 30 more minutes. so hurried there took off my muddy boots cause I felt bad it was late. I was greeted with a huge sigh. I asked if they had everything put away and was told no there it all is still. I ordered 4 foot long meals and got attitude and rudeness the whole time. I had four medium drinks and it would have been nice to have a drink carrier but once I paid the $60 he was nowhere to be found. I was going to give him a good tip but did not. I’m sorry for the inconvenience

The To-go orders are never ready when they say they will be ready. It doesn’t take 30mins to make a couple sandwiches when there’s been minimal in store customers

Ordered on the app, waited 20 minutes to pick up the order. Waited in line for 20 more minutes the app order was not ready or even started, everything was dirty, one poor guy in there making sandwiches and a line of people. On top of that sandwiches were wrong. Newcastle is the worst subway I have ever been to by far.

Ordered lunch through app. Was told 12:10 pick up. So went to the store and waited a bit. Previously due to a disability I was told to ask for orders to be brought out to my car. Added that to special instructions. 1210 the app says order ready. Great a little busy so I figured it would be a few minutes longer. I wait and wait. I saw a friend inside and messaged her she checked no food. Said they told her not ready yet. Oh ok weird, as I said app said it was done. Several more people enter and leave after I had ordered. Finally at 1235 an employee comes out and says “uh we don’t have the bread you wanted” this is 25 minutes past my being told it was ready. I have ordered before and had a call immediately to say we don’t have your bread style would you like a substitute? Not this time I sat in the parking area 45 minutes total. I went full Karen on the kid and said forget it cancel my order and refund my money. I sent a complaint to their corporate site, as of yet no refund. Just because it is a small town and there is not many fast casual places to choose from doesn’t give you permission for poor customer service. The kicker is right on the door is their phone number but call it and no answer. I inquired about that once and was told that the owners have put in place a rule to not answer phones. Really makes sense when it clearly says contact us.
