Store has tables that are always dirty this has become the norm. I hate it. Not coming to eat in the store ever again. Women's bathroom has trash everywhere no hand soap and puke and poop stains on the wall. Yuck
We were in Newcastle for a couple soccer games and decided to get the kids lunch at Subway. We walked in and had to wait for a decent length of time before we could even order our sandwiches (around 45 minutes total). Apparently the other person who was supposed to be working was a no call no show so it was ONE person working. Poor girl had been going non stop, no bathroom breaks, lunch break or even a chance to quench her thirst. She was friendly, but visibly exhausted. Kudos...
New sandwiches are much better than traditional menu. Honestly, it's hit or miss at this location on order being right. Twice husband ordered and paid for dbl meat, twice never got it. 3rd time he checked sandwich before leaving store, no dbl meat.They said it was an app problem but app didn't have problem charging for extra.They did fix last one
