On Friday 23 2026 at about 8:45 I ordered a chicken quesadilla extra chicken, left the store when I started eating it I found out it didn’t have extra chicken as requested and paid for and it actually had chicken in less than half of the quesadilla, this has been the worst experience I ever had in any Taco Bell

Check your food before you leave! And I don’t mean “make sure it’s in the bag” I mean make sure what’s in the bag is made the way you ordered. How hard is it not to put beans on a tortilla. Oddly enough I can do it at home every single time and I don’t work in a restaurant.

Taco bell district manager for those Taco Bell express in TA travel centers should be fired. I order Vegie power bowl and it came without Guacamole because they are out of it. What a joke Mexican food without guacamole!
