The two ladies that were working tonight were so negative. 1 lady hardly even talked and then after i was done purchasing with a sub that was half wrapped i did not hear the other younger girl ask me if i wanted a bag. I was walking away and I heard her just say “well excuse you!” And then the two started laughing. They are very immature and mean.

Stanley needs serious training on everything. He didn't greet me, didn't know how to make a sandwich and let hot subs get cold with flies all over them while he tried to start another sub. He didn't use the white paper to wrap the sub in and carried it to the wrapping paper and wrapped it in that. Didn't even spread out the veggies on top and had them mostly piled in the middle. He took a dirty knife out of the water and tapped it on the metal a little bit and cut thru our subs with old condiments still at the edge of it. I tried to tell him about several of these issues but he literally didn't say one single word the entire time.

4/13/24 approx 8:05 pm Ordered online she didn't add avocado to one of the sandwiches that was requested, put to much that was one of them that was. And she forgot our churro . Her attitude upon pick up was as if she didn't want to be there. Granted it was a large order for a family of 4, but she should have had a better attitude. As my husband apologized because we thought they were closing soon and it was a late order. I don't think I'll ever go to this subway again! I gave her a 5+ dollar tip and my husband then also gave her a 2$ tip for the hassle. But yet also rude service!

My brother ordered pickup, NOT delivery, so he didn't think he had to tip, and I agree with him. However whoever was working today didn't agree, and gave him this. You have some childish workers there.
