Last two times ordering pizza it has taken at least 45 minutes for them to even start the order. They send an email saying it will be 23-33 minutes then when I show up 33 minutes later they haven't even started to work on the order. Do yourself a favor and skip this dominos or order 90 minutes before you want to eat.

P S.A. Don't walk in and order. You just might get bumped to the end of the line several times. All deliveries will be the priority over yours. Its a corporate thing not the employees I was there for over an hour for one pizza.

I had a 50% off online coupon. The website LOCKS UP upon check out, so the coupon is voided because it's a one-time use. I called to get it corrected, but they refused to help. Is this how Domino's gets around honoring their coupons? Did not get my pizzas. Went to Pizza Hut.

Last 2 times I ordered 2 cheese steak sandwiches. They burnt them both times! I've ordered on previous occasions and they were good and not burnt. The time before this latest order I called and spoke to the manager who proceeded to yell at me and she cancelled the order which made no sense since I already received it. After yelling at me she hung up. I looked online everywhere but didn't have any luck finding a district manager. I guess they don't want to be found. Very poor customer service. And it seems they don't give a #$@ either way, since they're hiring managers who are yelling and hanging up on customers! Let's not forget about our BURNT brownies for dessert!!!

Thank you Domino's and the amazing manager. We were trying to survey 180 kids for state band. It was a last minute order. She worked with us to get a great price, and make sure are pizza 's were ready when needed. They were ready!!!! She was so wonderful to work with. Highly recommend giving them a chance!!!

Two of my family members have gotten food poisoning the last time they went. They’ve gotten very sick and I haven’t been back since the people there are nice it’s just something wrong with the food.
Don't know how to cut pizza. How hard is it to cut all the way through the pizza. Everywhere else knows how to cut pizza except Domino's.

We love Dominos, but on the18th, i ordered a Pacific Veggie and rec'd a thin crust veggie instead which was all olives and tomatoes and not very good. I didn't notice I'd gotten the wrong order til too late. Should've paid more attention, which I will definately do next time. It was also not very hot when I finally rec'd it.
