I like to support local businesses and live locally but this Mexican food is horrible. Tasteless. The chop meat tastes like it’s from the school cafeteria. It’s an insult to anyone who knows Mexican food. The place was dirty looking on top of it. The waitress tried …. But not too hard. Overpriced. Go to the Red Zone and get a burger instead.

We drive to Powell for this restaurant frequently. The food here is so good! This locally owned and managed restaurant has been around for many years. They have never waivered in service or value. I very highly recommend Powell WY's El Tapatio. It is the best restaurant in the entire Big Horn Basin. Most of my preference meals are not on the list below... just go, try something you think might be good. It will be! And reasonably priced as well.

The servers are pretty nice. The food is ok. Don’t get the tables next to the tubs they put dishes in because you and your food might get splashed.

I’m from Texas, I know that spices are dulled down for up here, but I would like more of the authentic spice flavors. The food was good, was missing cilantro and more cumin. The service was really good and the food was freshly prepared. Prices were amazing!!
