Every time I come here the order is wrong or incomplete. Staff is always loud lots of yelling from the back. Very poor customer service skills. If something is missing on your order staff question you if your lying. Then take 10+ minutes to make missing items.

I was honestly impressed with this McDonald's restaurant.
It's a small McDonald's location but these guys are fast! I placed an order and it was ready to be picked up within a minute.
The staff/teenagers work very hard (almost running to the cars waiting to pick up their orders).

I don't normally post bad reviews but I'm fed up! This location has gotten my orders wrong many times but I walk back over from my office and they fix it. Today I ordered at 9:34am, order was done in a timely manner except every sandwich had cheese, even the S&E Biscuit that doesn't even come with cheese so I walk back over and they remake my order and throw in a pie for the trouble. Cool I'm happy... until I get back to my office and 2 of the 3 sandwiches now have sausage instead of bacon even though the recipe stuck on them clearly said BEC Bagel NO American Cheese. So I walk back over for the 3rd time. I finally get to sit down at 10:12 to eat my cold S&E Biscuit and hash browns that have been sitting on my desk for 30 minutes and my co worker brings me his sandwiches that I just walked in with again that are rock hard and cold. We tossed everything and I'm calling corporate for a refund!!

I have not one clue what’s inside my drink but I order this often and it never has black bits in the bottom. Ive had a hard time with the managers of this place specifically. Very disappointing.

I went to this place with my girlfriend and when I finally got my food after waiting a little, I went outside and the fries were too hard and overcooked. I went inside and told them but they seemed annoyed and went to the back and did something and when she got back she said that’s the best they can do but she didn’t even try to make a fresh batch, I used to work there and I know if a customer thinks the fries or any food is wrong then it has to be remade.
We just had a coffee here. Nice, partly shaded parking spaces. Also tables where the temperature was pleasant, not too cold from the air conditioning.

It should not take 20 minutes to get 2 breakfast sandwiches. Went there again and they wanted me to pull forward again and I refused till I got my food that was already paid for. Manager was not happy. ? Food there is still over priced. I only go there when I have to. Went inside to order and have a sit down meal. After 10 minutes of someone saying I'll be with you shortly I walked and went Taco Johns where the service is a lot better if you're not wanting to dine in.

McDonald's in Powell is just greasy. You used to be able to get a full meal for a decent price but I don't waste my money here anymore. If I'm going to spend this kind of money, I'm going to go get a decent meal. At least the shake machine might work. I decided today to call to see if their shake machine was working. Nope! I've been trying to get a shake twice this week so far. No luck! This place just sucks! Too bad Taco John's won't serve shakes!
