Unless you’re looking to clear your bowels, DO NOT GO HERE, If I could give zero stars, I would. We ordered sweet tea, a Dr Pepper, chicken Alfredo (requested crispy chicken, not grilled), a Philly cheesesteak pizza, mozzarella sticks, and buffalo wings. The only item that was even somewhat edible was the mozzarella sticks, which appeared to be straight from mass-produced packaging.
The sweet tea was not sweet at all, despite being told it was. There was a noticeable chip in the glass of the Dr Pepper, and pieces were falling into the drink when it was set down. The bread served with the Alfredo tasted stale. While the noodles were cooked, the sauce was clumped together and completely lacked flavor. On top of that, the Alfredo came out with grilled chicken instead of crispy, and no one mentioned the change. The wings were extremely soggy, and the cheese on the pizza tasted artificial.
Service was also very disappointing. When we arrived, everyone at the front counter was on their phones. We waited over 20 minutes between our appetizer and our main course. When the server brought us to-go boxes, she did not bring the check. We waited about 10 minutes for the check to be dropped off, and then another 10 minutes for her to return and pick it up—even though she passed our table multiple times. The check was sitting at the edge of the table with a card clearly visible, and we were close to going to the front counter to pay ourselves.
We are both feeling sick afterward. This restaurant is extremely overpriced for the quality of food and level of service. We gave it one last chance after a previous visit, but the experience has only declined. We used to love Millstone before the change in ownership, but since the new owners took over, the quality has gone downhill while prices have increased.
I do not recommend dining here. Even chain pizza places like Domino’s or Pizza Hut offer better quality, and for genuinely good pizza, Legend Pizza & Co. just down the road is better priced with excellent food.
You earned that 5th star. Love the Angus Burger

Arrived at the restaurant with my family from out of town for dinner at 7:45pm, upon arriving we got seated right away and were excited to watch the Pokes game. When asked what we like to drink our first two beverage choices were out understanding we chose are 3rd option. We were then interested in trying out the arcade but upon investigation it had been shut down without any notice or sign at 8:00pm.We ordered appetizers and got these promptly, however we were rushed to order our main course. We requested a gluten free burger, the pepperoni rolls and the buffalo chicken sub. at this point we noticed they were shutting down the bar at 7:55ish seemed a bit premature especially because we wanted another drink. Upon asking for another drink we got a dirty look from the bartender but got our second drink. Upon getting our food we noticed the bun was not gluten free, and we had not been informed that the fries were not gluten free as well. They simply transferred the ingredients on the burger instead of making a new one and subbed out the fries for a salad which was appreciated. Our waitress then brought us the bill and felt rushed out of the restaurant overall the service felt lack luster and that we were rushed through our dinner all though we should up an hour and fifteen minutes before closing.

We have been coming to the Millstone for the last 6 years and always left with a full belly and a smile on our faces. Tonight was another great meal and awesome value. 👌 I highly recommend you give this restaurant a try!
Being from a place with a restaurant on every corner, finding a good place to eat has been hard. Millstone in Powell is great. There Philly cheesesteak soup is amazing. The staff is great and the food is wonderful.

Bathroom was disgusting. Not a very clean establishment in general. Pizza is decent, sometimes undercooked. Always three people screwing off up front or in the kitchen. They should be cleaning.
This place could be a gold mine but needs proper management.

Great food but very expensive. I'd say the food alone is probably top 3 in Powell but it's just so pricey it's hard to justify going tbh.
