The food was absolutely fantastic! I had the Mac n’ Cheese pizza, and it exceeded my expectations. I also ordered wings as an appetizer, and they were served hot with a generous amount of sauce—delicious! The service was top-notch as well; everything came out promptly, and I never had to wait long for anything. I was particularly impressed by how attentive the staff was—whenever my drink was getting low, my waiter was there to refill it before I even had to ask. A truly great dining experience all around!

The food was terrible 😕 The service was great and it was definitely not their fault the food was bad. The mack and cheese was mush and bearly edible and 100% from a bag . The sub was very bad too , the turkey tasked like old farts and I regretted attempting to eat it , 2/ 10 will not go back

Vanessa and Jasmine rock! Five stars all the way around, every employee in this place so kindly greet and welcomed us. Two adults, two boys, and we all left feeling content and grateful for the excellent food (salads, cheeseburgers, fries appetizers, wings (bone In), and none the wait; drinks came immediately. All was great, excellent service, excellent table that was very clean, excellent hostess seating us right away, and the atmosphere was perfect. Our waitress was perfectly on point, as were the other girls, the gaming was fun, we did not feel rushed or uncomfortable at any time, and were able to enjoy ourselves as a family. Thank you young ladies at Millstone Pizza in Powell, WY! Thank you so much for this evening’s everything! We will definitely be regulars 🤩❤️ Thank you!

I regularly get a buffalo chicken pizza from here and the buffalo ranch sauce on the pizza is PHENOMENAL. 10/10 would recommend this pizza to anyone who likes a lil spice to their food. ??

Friday night dinner at Millstone in Powell, was fantastic! Our food was delicious and arrived fast. The beer was cold and the service was top notch. Thanks Diamond, we enjoyed it all!

I ordered stuffed jalapenos with ranch, a burger with mayo and ketchup, onion rings with ranch, and a Dr pepper to go. No ranch for the jalepenos, no mayo or ketchup on the burger, no ranch for the onion rings, and they tried to not give the soda (I caught that one before I left). When I called, they offered to replace the food (after much grief and pointing fingers to their "computer system", and I was satisfied (as we had no sauce for anything so it all went to waste) Today (week later) called to get the "replacement" I was.promised. Talked to four different people. The final, the "assistant manager" said they would give me a small discount. She said it is the consumers job to remind the restaurant about drinks because they do not print on the ticket (no, I said that can be fixed, she said it can't be fixed. I beg to differ, it's an easy system settings adjustment). She also said that she was discounting only for the missing condiments, not the food itself, even though the onion rings had no dip, burger had NO sauce whatsoever (I tried, took a bite, it was like cardboard) and my daughter didn't want her jalepenos without ranch.
I won't leave a bad review unless I'm appalled, and this meets the criteria. I do not recommend any of my Powell neighbors spend their hard earned money at millstone. The mistakes are beyond fast food, and the accountability much below fast food (which I didn't think possible, but this assistant manager proved me wrong), I'm shocked at this service and regard for customers. To conclude, they robbed me of ~$40 I will never get back, but they will not see another cent from me.
