I do like subway, but…the last 3 times I have ordered online got home with the sandwiches and 1 or both sandwiches were wrong. The order yesterday was so wrong. They put the peppercorn ranch on my sandwich and I cannot stand peppercorn ranch. Should have been mayo instead, my son’s sandwich was suppose to have the Baja chipotle, jalapeños, but instead had cucumbers and no sauce and no jalapeños. I was on my lunch hour so I didn’t have time to go back and wait to have it fixed. I called to talk with the manager, they weren’t in so I asked for them to call me back. The person I talked to, said that they have a lot of people training… then someone needs to watch them until they understand the difference between Mayo and Ranch. I don’t want my money back,I just want my sandwiches done right and not be told, well bring your receipt and the sandwiches back and we will redo the order.I was already home for my lunch hour, I’m not driving back to town, so I made a different sandwich at home I don’t have time to come stand in line to wait for my sandwich to be redone and apparently I can’t order online anymore, because it’s never right. And by the way no management called me back. So I’m sure the issue wasn’t even heard by anyone other than the girl that didn’t apologize and gave me excuses.

The place was very clean and inviting. The flat bread has got a lot flatter in the years I haven't been to a subway. The vegetables look fresh and as always the bread aroma in the place is mouth watering. Kaden was very polite and verified what I asked for to make sure it was right. The other two ladies were friendly but I wasn't able to catch their names.

I asked for a bit & the young lady didn't ask me what size. I wanted a 6" she was trying to force a 12". She wound up cutting it in half. They didn't even ask me what sauce I wanted.... it was just dry.

Online orders need some work with attention to detail of what is on the order. Twice now I have had online orders where veggies were missing that I had put on the order. This last time, it was two sandwiches, both missing things.

They are really bad about how much meat they put on sandwiches now and its only getting worse. To get a normal amount of meat on a sandwich you basically have to pay for double now. Just feels kind of like a scam. Still clean
