We waited over 30 minutes in the drive through line for them to tell us they were out of burger buns and that they were just super busy, hire more help go across the street, get more buns. Terrible service, terrible food. Clearly a management issue. We will not return.

Really disappointed with our meal. My husband got the steak boss burrito and said that it wasn’t as good or as filling as ones he has had in the past. I tried the #11, which was two chicken tacos. First off the chicken was hard, like it wasn’t cooked. All that was inside of it was cheese, lettuce, popcorn chicken and a hint of lime. It was literally like someone took a lime and squeezed it in the taco. I couldn’t even finish my meal because the chicken was so hard that I couldn’t bite into it. Wasn’t very impressed.

Food was normal quality. Drive through is a bit slow. You need to remind worker at the window if you want sauce packets. They usually just hand the bag out quickly with no eye contact and close the window quickly.

Waited 16 min in the drive through. Food was cold and got to watch the employees fighting fight inside. Still had to go in and get most of our order and they were rude ! Still cold food! This was the 17th of march 2025 ( today) this place has been going down hill for a while and I never thought I’d say it but McDonalds is way better, these employees should be fired and the manager should go to!

The person didn't know how to make a beef burrito into a combo, even though the menu said make it a combo for $3.49... so ended up paying more to get oles and a drink. Then, the oles were cold and tasted old. Couldn't even eat them. The churro was good though.
