Hey! Well, this is quite a surprise. Just roll into town and show up at the old Aspen for a steak. Wow that was quite a steak. Highly recommended not just for celebrating your birthday or anniversary. It's just a good spot to celebrate life.
We were just passing through Rawlins and looking for a good dinner... and the Aspen House delivered!! We had the lobster ravioli and blackened ribeye. Both were delicious and the flavor was amazing. Service was above and beyond, very attentive. We also enjoyed the old-home ambiance, creating a cozy, intimate experience.
I come from the south where steak are cooked extremely good and have seasoning, i wanted to try this place because im a heavy meat eater and im visting this town because of work, and when searching for a steak house This restaurant cuaght my eye. This place disappointed me. I asked medium for my steak and when they brought it It was burnt all along the edge, and one side of my steak was nothing but char, and my wife asked for medium well, and her steak came out way worse on the...
