Only one of the several employees there was attentive to the guests waiting. He checked up on our order and got us the food that was missing in our order, which was very much appreciated. But we waited for over 20 minutes for food that was obviously very old and stale, and two other employees walked by the register and across the lobby several times and didn’t even acknowledge anyone who was waiting. The one attentive employee was very friendly and he deserves a raise
We stopped on a Sunday night while driving across Wyoming on I-80. The frozen coke machine was broken, as was the milkshake machine. They were out of tomatoes, onions, and pickles. My Whopper was pretty sad-- only lettuce and condiments.
I ordered from Mobile 15 minutes earlier only for two french fries, and then I came here to pick it up and they said the order didn’t go through. It’s frustrating. They should take care about the cleanliness.
