Great little find in Rawlins. Stopped overnight on our way to Utah, hotel recommended Cappy's for breakfast. The Huevos Rancheros was very good. The green chile sauce had good bit to it. The side of bacon came out as ordered. The Classic Breakfast was just right for my wife, more than she usually eats, came out as ordered. Service was attentive and friendly.
This restaurant was a perfect for my and my husband to stop at on our way from Utah to Colorado. The food was delicious and great customer. We will definitely stop at Cappy’s again.
We honestly didn’t go here as our first choice, but we are so grateful that we found it! Our breakfast was DELICIOUS! Perfectly cooked and Anna, our server was extremely helpful and friendly. We were passing through, but if we lived here this would be a weekly thing!
