We stopped here on our drive back home. The food was really good and the dining room was full when we got there, so it’s clearly popular. The atmosphere was average. Nothing fancy about it. Service was good. Wait time for food was faster than I expected. Overall, I would stop here again.
Great little find in Rawlins. Stopped overnight on our way to Utah, hotel recommended Cappy's for breakfast. The Huevos Rancheros was very good. The green chile sauce had good bit to it. The side of bacon came out as ordered. The Classic Breakfast was just right for my wife, more than she usually eats, came out as ordered. Service was attentive and friendly.
This restaurant was a perfect for my and my husband to stop at on our way from Utah to Colorado. The food was delicious and great customer. We will definitely stop at Cappy’s again.
