What we order: Molcajete, is Shrimp, chicken,beef, Longaniza, with salsa. ( the salsa is not spicy 🌶️) is just perfect to enjoy !
Also order Rice and beans and a orden grande of guacamole 🥑 . Everything fresh , delicious, and perfecto ! The Molcajete is enough for 2-3 people. The restaurant is very clean and as soon as you step in you feel like you tele-transport to another place. The waitress is very nice. This is excellent !

Never would I ever expect something so delicious and so authentic in Rawlins of all places. Every bite was good and the prices were also great. I don't miss new mexico anymore because of this place, the food is that good and the spice level is not for the weak.

I was fortunate enough to be here in a Sunday and have their menudo. Without a doubt one of the absolute best and most authentic menudos I’ve ever eaten.
If you’re driving through don’t miss out on this place
