They will steal your money. I paid over $50 for food they did not have. They promised a refund, I called every week for over 6 weeks, they kept promising a refund but never did it. They kept my money and never provided any food.

Looking for a Hidden Gem while on the road? This place is by far a must stop if traveling through Rawlins, WY. From the moment you walk in you are greeted and just the atmosphere is amazing. A BIG shout out to Tiffany (Chef Tiffany) who cooked my meal! I didn’t get the other girls name, but hands down those two RUN this place!

Wish I could say anything about the food, but it seems we came during a shift change and they were unable to serve us, never heard of such a thing at a dinner, but you live and learn.
We did get the offer to sit there for the next hour till the new shift came in, I guess we could have had the dry scraps of the plate from the table behind us that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while.
P.s.: the hashbrowns on that plate looked fire though.

Penny's diner is attached to the Baymont hotel and is amazing. You better have your phone with you as there are no physical menus, you scan the QR code to read the menu online. While the menu is outdated and they are out of many items , the items you do recieve from the charming staff are well cooked and delicious! The atmosphere is laid back and fun as you look at 60's records on the walls and a swinging Elvis pelvis if you can find it. Kind of waffle house style but with flair. Loved it! The staff were kind, helpful, and caring! Would definitely return.

It was a one man show and he did fantastic!! Food was really good! Manager came in while we were there. The young man working could have really used some help BUT the manager walked by ignoring every customer. Then stood and watched his employee. Sad way to manage a great business!

10/10 American diner. Affordable, good coffee with unprompted refills, perfect grit/clean ratio, good food, pastries in a case, bar and booths, and a traditional diner vibe. No reason not to eat here.
