Super tiny. Seating was extremely limited and close quarters. Probably want to get take out.I got a cheese burger and fries. I had to move the pile of fries off my burger to start eating. Everything was abundant and tasty. This was probably the burger I've had in forever, AMAZING. Thick fries were fantastic.Sorry my burger had bites I didn't think to post a pic until after I realized how great it was!!!

Drove around Rawlins, looking for a place to eat after a long highway drive. Saw Rose's via a Google search and decided to stop in. Tiny, not much seating, but our burritos were authentic, plentiful, and fabulous! So glad we stopped here. Even though it was 3:30 in the afternoon, many locals were eating at the counter and stopping for takeout. If we're ever passing this way again, Rose's is a sure stop!

Decent service. Too many flies flitting around. I ordered the red chili which tasted the same as Nalley's. The salsa was tomato sauce with onions and cheese added. My daughter ordered nachos - the cheese was from a can. This is the worst Mexican food I have eaten thus far.

Food was great and waitress was very friendly. Only 1 table inside and counter space. A few tables outside. On a major road and very noisy. Flies, Oh my the flies are terrible inside and out and it appears they are making no effort to control them. Get takeout as the noise and flies make it impossible to enjoy the good food.

BEST. FOOD. EVER!!! My partner and I drove through on our way from Cali to Minnesota on a road trip to our college, and now we literally form our whole route around a stop at this place! The first time we were there we tried it when we got snowed in and had nothing to do but sit around and wait for the road to clear. We were planning on trying a couple of different restaurants of different cuisines while we were stuck in Rawlins, but we had no hesitation at all after that first meal to just get all of our other meals there while we were in town. Can't get enough!! Their sauces in particular are THE BEST tasting sauces I've had from even some of the best Mexican food places all over the country... their enchilada sauce, salsas, wet burrito sauce, all DIFFERENT and sooooo EXCELLENT. Make sure you get a saucy dish, you won't regret it. I'm literally traveling for 3 long days from California just to get some more of their food. Can't recommend highly enough.
One of the best places my wife and I have eaten in a long time. We will definitely stop again. Prices are better than taco bell and the food is way better.

Great food and large portions. My wife and I stopped by during a road trip and I was a bit sceptical going into the small dining area. However, the food was fantastic and it was a fun place to stop. The portions were big. I ordered a combo which ended up being far too much food even after I over ate. I recommend stopping here if you are in the area.

We loved the food here and the service was also wonderful. It's a family owned business since 1954 with so much love and cariño on display. The green chile sauce is amazing - every dish we tried quite yummy and the desserts we're also wow!

We were on our last leg of a vacation of more than 5000 miles and I wanted some good Mexican food. I am happy to report that this little ol place had the best Mexican food ever and the service was top notch as well. Because of those reasons I hesitate to be negative in anyway, but I have to be honest with the report. I suggest that if you choose this place for dinner you call in for carry out. The place is very small and the flys are awful. It doesn't matter it it's the season or not. They had fly strips which were full with more flys lined up to fill another one. It's a shame because I'm sure they'd have 99% more business if it were rod of the nasty creatures. While we were waiting for our food to be prepared, there were 5 people that came in to pick up and the phone was ringing off the hook. Service was not notch.
