The was the first Starbucks in a while and usually they will have to deal with cleanliness but not this Starbucks! This one was one of the cleanest I've been in, in months... not even my local Starbucks is this clean. I really loved the service & attitude with this mornings staff!

I'm so dissapoint with the service this time. I stop by on Oct 4th around noon. I did order my drink and bakery before I went to the restroom but still have to wait after came out almost 10 mins for my drink. That's not a big deal for me to wait until I saw someone who ordered after me and they got their drinks before me(They have 3 drinks plus bakery) then I asked one of staff who has "pink hair" if anyone working on my drink just in case something missing. What I get back from her it's just a bad attitude and told me that she doesn't know because she just got to work and still working on ticket. I even told her about order behind me was done but she just keep saying the same thing that she just got there. Ok! That's clear! Honestly other staff was helpful and nice but not her! I'm not a person who like to leave review on google or other thing but not this time.
Hopefully one of manager see this review and fix something ??

They closed earlier today and lied to us why. Was no need because we know that is Labor Day. Whoever was in charged today wasn't professional yelling ironically to us "Have good night!" You should change on Maps from Open to Closed at least. We changed our route consuming gas to get this kind of miserable attitude back.

I have become very disappointed with the Rawlins, Wy Starbucks. I am almost a daily visitor and I have seen it go downhill. Because management has changed the way the tickets are ran. What took 7 minutes last week now takes 25+ minutes for a mobile order. What I have found is that all order tickets are generating through one machine instead of separate for drive thru, mobile and in house ordering. I will not go as frequently because of this issue. Also we have to ask for straws instead of them being available for customers.

I know mistakes happen but even after I asked, my order was lost. Had to wait over 15 minutes while others were served ahead. The order was incorrect- was charged for an extra shot I did not receive. Cannot request assistance in the app since it will not accept date or time and does not list this local an option. Also, if you are across the street- walking here is dangerous. There are sidewalks but they end where the street goes to the store.

This Starbucks is the filthiest Starbucks I’ve ever been in. The restroom was dirty, the floors in the main lobby were littered with paper scraps and food, and there was not one clean table. A customer came in and requested the State coffee mug and this Starbucks did not have any, even though located on the main artery of travel across Wyoming.

I been in this town for the past three weeks and l’m sorry to say this but this location is one of the worst locations I ever been!!
Drinks take longer to get ready than usual and half of the time there are wrong or half full..
Management needs to invest more time on training stuff. Customer service is not that grate. To the point this morning they made my drink wrong again and instead of dealing with them again I decided to throw away my drink and walk away!!
No more Starbucks for me for the next three months!!!!

Went through the drive thru and service was great, but my drink wasn't full. This photo is before a sip was taken. It's disappointing that the cup wasn't full for the amount of money it cost.

I was there at 11:00 am on a Monday - I was the only customer in the store and one car in the drive thru. There were three to four employees, the tables hadn’t been cleaned, the trash cans were full and the self service bar only had straws and napkins. Maybe they just got done with a huge rush - but their brewers were down so not likely.

Non of the employees can handle the job after 5 cars they shut the drive thru down because it’s to many people. Absolutely fantastic Rawlins America at it again

I received very quick and kind service at peak times. I called a few minutes ahead to get a large box of coffee to-go (a box of coffee with 96 ounces in it that comes with cups, stir sticks, creamer, and sugar). They had it ready in less than 20 minutes (which is super fast compared to other Starbucks locations I've been to). All in all, this is a beautiful store with great service.
