This is a filthy dirty rat hole of a hotel. Looks nothing like the pictures they have posted. There is mold growing in the corners, the bathroom is disgusting, the tub floor is peeling, there was toothpaste on the faucets and a used bar of soap. The carpet in the room and hallways are threadbare. No security locks on the outside doors. A homeless camp at the backdoor with shopping carts and a grill. I got clorox wipes and lysol and cleaned the room. There are poorly patched up holes in the walls. I tried to get my spouse to leave but they wouldn’t refund us our money.

Three night and only one hot shower , charged higher rates the second and third night. I think I'll stay somewhere else next time . The beds were clean . Had sack breakfast with a fruit cup , a cop of oj and a breakfast bar . .

Just passing thru and needed an inexpensive place to sleep. Should have paid more for a decent place. Our mistake! When checking in, clerk had an offensive "FTP" tatoo. Dirty entrances (cig butts everywhere), hallways and room. Carpet is filthy. Even had previous guest's dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door. No restaurant. Sack breakfast with a breakfast bar, cup of juice & cup of apple sauce. When checking out at 7am, overnight front desk clerk was curled up in a chair on her phone with a young girl sleeping next to her. Profile photo looks good but this place is ready to be bulldozed.

CONS Long black hair on bath towels. Stopper missing in sink. Crack’s in bath walls. Bed ceiling cracked. Carpet had cigarette burns everywhere. Outside of sliding door were hundreds of cigarette butts. Toilet hanging in there, kinda. Stuff on back of bath door…? Pool looked like it hadn’t been used in years. Cracking and in disrepair. PROS Friendly staff. Instant hot water and good pressure. Bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was in a takeout bag but good. Where’s the management? Where’s the owner? Do they not care? I feel sorry for the employees. Tried to eat at restaurant. Bar and restaurant are connected. Last day of school, bar full of teachers letting off steam. Decided to go elsewhere but looked nice.

The hotel's exterior is tired looking, but the interior was much better. The room was clean & comfortable. There is a evening restaurant on the premises, which is good as there's very little elsewhere to eat. They provide a breakfast to go in a bag on the front counter in the morning. There is a Denny's, which I wouldn't recommend as I got food poisoning after eating there.
We checked in later in the day. After waiting a lengthy time at the desk, for the now absent clerk, as we couldn’t get into our room, then three attempts to get into a room and a room change we finally got into our room. We booked this property as it had a restaurant and bar. When we checked in we were informed the restaurant was closed. When we were handed our key we were told to not drink the water and offered two bottles. What the gal failed to mention was that the whole town was under a boil water advisory and all food places were closed. That would have been valuable information. We could then have avoided driving all over looking for supper. The room was clean, perfectly fine and we had a quiet sleep. The hallways and stairs were filthy.

This was the cheapest place to stay in Rawlins with the pet, but it was clean, comfortable and quiet. I was traveling alone with my two small children and the women at the reception desk were so kind to me, making sure I had a room that would be the easiest for me to manage with the kids and dog. Yes, it’s old - but my room was very clean, warm and the shower was hot. As I was only passing through, I wasn’t looking for extra amenities like a pool or breakfast or anything.
