Although the sandwiches we ordered tasted very good and did actually contain all the items listed in the description, the size and portions in the sandwich matched nothing to the appearance on the menu board. It seems like it was half the sandwich. So for taste and quality it rated at least a three. For resembling the advertising i would like to give the food less than a one. I am not quite sure why they ask you if it is to eat in or to go , because all orders get shoved into a sack. I understand the managers can't afford to run a dishwasher anymore, but that just kind of takes something out of the ambience of the restaurant.

Ordered on doordash, prices were way higher on doordash than in the restaurant, ordered 2 large fries only got one ordered a BUNCH of Arby's sauce and they put NONE in ZERO NOTA. Guys i know yall paid like wage slaves but lock in

Mac and cheese with steak tips....16.99. and ice cold. Could not eat it. Unfortunately we were passing through and eating in the car. So I couldn't go back. Very disappointing ☹️

We love Arby's but the place is heading the wrong way. Ordered through the app. Didn't receive the milk with the kids meal, asked and was told it was in the sealed bag. It was not. Drinks were wrong. Fry containers were less than half filled. And when I called to let them know there were issues to be aware of phone just kept ringing. 5 times I called to know answer on a night when there were no customers in the store or the drive thru line.

To me always the world's greatest roast beef sandwich and their white horseradish sauce they call it Horsey Sauce I think is out of this world. I just get the plain roast beef with the horseradish sauce and lots of it and I'm a happy camper. The service is good there the people are friendly and it's very clean.

We were in town for Ron Thon. We ordered 50 roast beef. Melissa was the best!!!! She had everything ready to go. Swung in grabbed them,and headed back. The whole team on 1-31-2025 was awesome. Thank you Bus driver for Big Piney High School
