Eaten here a couple times in three years. I bought the $55 thing. It was some pulled smoked meat. There were like three sauces. I really didn't get on with any of them. The meat didn't jump out at me. I think for that money I should have thought "wow" or something. I didn't. My wife likes the fried pickles. Sides were ok. I think beans and slaw maybe. I wanted more flavor more for the money not sure.

Tasty meal. I had the Bunks Bowl, great combo of flavors and my Hubby had the loaded Side Winder fries. Really nice staff! Music was very loud and with cement floors made it really hard to visit.
Great BBQ stop for classics and some new creations. Must stop for those passing through town.

He was very easy to work with, professional and responsive. He provided several different options for us to choice from so that we could create our perfect menu and it was very affordable. The food was hot, delicious, and presented wonderfully. I highly recommend James and the Bunks BBQ team!

The Loaded Sidewinder was a stack of food with potatoes, 2 kinds of cheese and delectable tender brisket on top! I got the lunch serving to-go and it was equivalent to about 3 meals! Very reasonably priced, even with a drink! It was my first time eating at Bunks BBQ and I will definitely be back! The server was friendly, helpful and prompt! Restaurant was clean and you can see them preparing the food, which is always nice!!

The pulled pork, brisket & BBQ sauce are all good, but the chicken taste like cardboard and the cole slaw & beans are awful! Totally tasteless slaw and the beans are inundated with artificial smoke flavor. Yuck! I've had much better beans from a can. Come on folks, the sides are half the meal. It's not that tough to make good beans & slaw. Even KFC has you beat on slaw. Hell, search YouTube for recipes. Also, I didn't feel I got $24.00 worth of food for my money.
