Ordered the SpongeBob Burger with no onions and Mac and cheese bites. Didn't get the burger. Mac and cheese bites tasted like they were microwaved. Went back for burger. Burger had onions on it. Took them off. Tasted like someone dumped a handful of salt on it.

Every Burger King between Craig, CO and Billings,MT was above and beyond in all aspects, I used to have a very unfavorable opinion but last couple of months as I have traveled between the two states, every worker and store were friendly clean and way fast.

Came after a long day of work to get some food for the night. I placed an online order at 10:50 PM expecting to have any normal BK experience. Came at 11:05 to the drive thru, waited for 5 minutes without an answer. Drove by the windows to see if anyone would come. Waited. Parked and went to the door. Noticed that they have midnight posted as a close time for the drive through, went back to the drive through. Waited some more. Went to the windows and knocked. Waited some more. Finally had someone answer. “Sorry, we are closed”. If you have times posted, you should not close until that time. So many small town fast food chains do this. Some of us work out of state and have a lot we are doing. It’s nice to have a meal at the end of a long, long day. Fix this so others don’t have a terrible experience as I have.

We came here on a long road trip looking forward to a nice lunch. When we were walking in, my little kids were so excited that there was a play place. The play place was falling apart!!!
When we got in line no one even acknowledged we were there. As we were waiting, FOR 15 MINUTES AND STILL NO ONE TOOK OUR ORDER, multiple people came saying their order was wrong. Maybe because the lady was just trying to remember 5 orders at a time and not writing them down or anything!!! The lady was also yelling at people and getting mad.
We never even ordered because of how long we had to wait and it was just a bad experience.

Ordered the Chicken Sandwich.It came out as thin as about 2 playing cards.It was dark dark brown out side and tasted a little bit like a damp basement. Im fairly certain this sandwich sat out for a while

Fries were fresh, hashbrowns could have been warmer but not bad. Sandwiches were good and made properly. Service was absolutely horrendous. Staff threw a loud fit in the kitchen about us ordering breakfast and lunch, to the point we could hear them as we were getting drinks. Despite being empty they took their time even coming out to take our order, like they were hoping we would just leave. Traveling through to attend a funeral and I absolutely will not be coming back due to the service.

It seems the GM doesn't have much control over her managers or employees. When customers can witness harassment from one employee toward another, and the employee who is being harassed gets disciplined for it, there is a BIG problem. When a manager can raise her voice to an employee in the presence of customers, there is a BIG problem. No wonder this store has such high turnover.
