After waiting the 30 minutes the online ordering page said it would take for my food to be done, I went to go pick up my food only to realize they haven’t even started making it yet simply because they needed to call me first and make sure I was ordering for the right location. So I had already been sitting and waiting for 30 minutes and my food hadn’t even begun to be made, and I attempted to pay at that time before I had to come back, but found out that my payment wasn’t even going through because the card system wasn’t even working. So after waiting an additional 20 minutes (so at this point it’s almost been an hour of waiting) I had to wait even longer in the restaurant just for them to process the payment that they said went through 30 minutes prior. Maybe the process would go faster if the young girl at the counter was more interested in doing her job than she was about making tiny little paper stars. Will never order here again. I haven’t even had the chance to try the food yet and I’m already disappointed

Placed a take out order online so I can not comment on the atmosphere, but I was impressed that the restaurant called me to ensure I had meant to place my order at the Riverton location. I found this restaurant to be way overpriced, especially for the small portions and lack of quality. We ordered the appetizer platter, and unfortunately, most of the items fell flat on taste and were rather soggy, so we spent 22$, with most of the items going into the trash. We also ordered orange chicken and lo mein. The flavor was decent. However, portion size did not justify price. Perhaps food and experience would have been better dining in, but the poor quality plus price quarentees I will not be trying again.

I tried to order their Siingle Dinner to go, over the phone. The gal on the phone could not understand what I wanted. I drive to their location to order in person and showed the hostess what i wanted(on their menu). I wanted to upgrade the fried rice and lo mein and indicated I'd pay whatever upgrade fee they wanted to charge me. Two young gals insisted that upgrades were not possible.....NOT POSSIBLE??? I left and are somewhere else. Someone need to train these gals about customer service.
