The last three experiences have been disappointing. Ordered 6 pizzas, 5 of them were wrong. Was credited for our next order. Next time, ordered, and the status never changed. Order wasn't in the oven because an order of 50 pizzas was turned in and they misplaced it. I waited the additional 30 minutes. Next time, same thing. Said our pizza was being prepped for 35 minutes, they had lost the ticket and never made it, said it would be 30 minutes so we cancelled.

We got done with a time consuming task. We barely made it to Dominos to order carry out before they were getting ready to clean up and close. And they were so patient with me knowing that I have
not previously downloaded the app and that I had too create an account before I could place my order and they never made me feel like an inconvenience and I just know that the, Parmesan stuffed cheese crust Extravaganza and the little Chocolate Lava Cakes will be Devine as always 💋💞❤️🥰

The domino in Riverton is absolutely terrible. The food isn’t great. It always seems like the food is rushed and not properly made. The buffalo mac and cheese tasted like it was made with vinegar instead of buffalo sauce. The cheesy bread was half the size it should’ve been and for some reason it doesn’t matter if you’re 1 mile away or 15 miles away, delivery states it will take 30ish minutes and it always takes 45 minutes to a whole hour to be delivered. Definitely the last time ordering from this location.

Staff is rude and make pizzas knowing they will sit under heat lamps getting dried out and disgusting while waiting for one of only two drivers. Then the poor drivers are loaded up with so many orders, by the time your order gets to you it is not only dried out, but is also cold. Where are the managers you may be wondering…all four of them are in the store at one time telling the people making pizzas to just keep stacking them up and telling customers that complain it is their job to make pizzas, not manage the make line to ensure food is delivered fresh. They also stated that Dominos does not have a policy on how long a pizza should sit under a heat lamp before being remade. You seriously can’t make this stuff up.

I have never been so disappointed in my pizza. Always order Extavaganza, tonight’s pizza was missing pizza sauce and many toppings! I like a loaded pizza….Failed to please. Several slices didn’t even have pepperoni, green peppers, olives!! So disappointed, flavorless!

I have never had such greasy pizza! Very soggy, ended up throwing half of it away. We were traveling or would have requested a refund. Very friendly staff though, and clean restaurant when I walked in to pick up the food.

Sure i will give you back what’s left of our incorrectly made pizza after the kids left 3 pieces! Make your Brooklyn styles correctly.. they are not square cut thin crusts! Customer service sucks!

Order for pickup, one employee eating around the corner getting chewed out for it.Pizza was a 3 topping Brooklyn style large?Looked medium size. Flat. Little to hardly any ingredients on it, i tipped 20% before looking at the pie. What a mistake that was. Never tipping good here again before knowing what I get.Recommend eating one of the many other pizza places
