I have never had anything other than a perfect experience here. Whether you're looking for hibachi, or prefer to sit on the quiet side, the food is always perfect. On the hibachi side, I recommend the NY steak and scallops. On the other side, the chicken katzu bento box is my go to. Try the crab Rangoon or calamari appetizers.

UPDATE: Once contacted by ichiban they made it right and took care of the problem, will give 2 more stars for making it right instead of trying to hide something or pass the buck!!Events of this review take placeon 2-3-24: Everything was fabulous until 2-3 hrs after eating. My girlfriend and I had filet mignon with scallops and salmon respectively. We both experienced severe gastroenternal issues. Was able to treat it all OTC but it was not a comfortable evening with "everything" going on. The meal here was the ONLY thing/meal we had in common all day so I can't believe it could have came from any other sourceEdit: we also shared the beef negamaki as an appetizer

Amazing hibachi grill food, the chicken fried rice was absolutely delicious. The chef was fun and personable, our two little girls were very entertained (and loved their balloon animals). Overall, awesome food and service in a great atmosphere. Will definitely be going there again in the future.

Great new restaurant in riverton Wyoming. I can’t believe this was an old tire store. They did a great job on the remodel. Food was fresh and staff was attentive. Chef was funny with all the usual hibachi jokes. I highly recommend this place.
