Just a suggestion. Since KFC Hot Wings are now made to order, there needs to be a sign on the menu board that it will take atleast 12 mins. Most people do not have time to wait.
We waited for our order but it’s worth it.
via drive thru we ordered 2 $20 fill ups I asked if they could package orders separately because it was for two different families. It must have pissed someone off because when we got home(35 miles away) we were screwed out of a box of biscuits and mashed potatoes/gravy.
There is no way to contact kfc as calling them gets you straight to voicemail which has not been set up yet. We won't be returning and neither will my neighbors(the other family).
