called to get refund on my undercooked pizza. staff was unhelpful. insisted I had to return the pizza to get a refund. took the pizza back and manager refused to refund me, then called the police to trespass me ( I didn't want to be there in the first place and would never go back anyway) at one point the manager even told me I wasn't allowed to leave until the police came and trespassed me (this is unlawful imprisonment) still wouldn't refund my money until the police came....read full review
First for the price I like the pizza here.
But the service has a lot to be desired.
Just awhile back I went in to order a Most Bestest Pepperoni pizza. The girl that was working said she wasn’t making specialty pizza. So I left a couple days later went in and got a pizza to the young man I was glad he was making pizza. He asked my name the manager called me. Went to get pizza last night and the girl in the drive thru window kept saying “omg, and rolling her eyes “ than before we leave she looks out her window to see 3 more cars behind us and wasn’t shaking her head.
