When going through the drive thru, and.looking online at the.menu, it states hot and ready. We'll it was definitely hot but the ready took 30 minutes to finally get the one.pizza and go. Please if you're going to advertise Hot and Ready make sure you've enough pizzas ready to make that claim.or change your ad. Otherwise it's a okay.place to.est on a budget. 😀

I go to Lil Ceasars while traveling if there's not a costco around. It's becoming a little bit less in quality over the years and twice the price. Considering it's the same price as a coscto pizza. But it's still better than Domino's

When I called corporate to discuss my experience, I was told that the regional manager didn't care to talk to me. I was calling to discuss very poor customer service from the district manager Kristin klingman, but apparently it's okay with corporate to treat customers like garbage.

Made a drive thru order, came back... and "sorry sir, I forgot about it??" 😳😳 really??? Well I'm sorry your work ethic isn't all that great!! But maybe not be so concerned about sitting on your ass on your phone and maybe make my pizza, and help your partners do something productive??? Your being paid to do a job...

Tried to poison my family with raw dough which can kill you. Wouldn't give a refund. Made my husband take pizza back to get refund, called cops on him for trying to get a refund (cops did nothing of course, as he did nothing wrong. Manager inept. Dirty lobby
called to get refund on my undercooked pizza. staff was unhelpful. insisted I had to return the pizza to get a refund. took the pizza back and manager refused to refund me, then called the police to trespass me ( I didn't want to be there in the first place and would never go back anyway) at one point the manager even told me I wasn't allowed to leave until the police came and trespassed me (this is unlawful imprisonment) still wouldn't refund my money until the police came. asked for the owner to contact me concerning this experience, she refused. I'll take it up with corporate. I recorded the whole thing just for them.

I've been eating at Little Ceasars for 40 years. This one, by far, is the best. The service is extraordinarily friendly, and pizza is hot and fresh. If you're driving through Riverton Wy, you should make a stop. Highly recommended. The guy that waited on me deserves a raise
Ordered a stuffed crust and got home to a thin crust. I should've checked, but I was in a hurry. They said there's.nithing they can do because I placed the order online. ? I had 3 separate purchases today for the outreach we do, but I won't be back.
