I'm always disappointed when I go to McDonald's. 15 years ago they had delicious food and never messed up an order...now they mess it up every single time I go, half the time they forget items completely and the food is just starting to taste funky.

Food,cleanliness,comfort all meet the positive mark. Even staff and their attitudes were great. However very understaffed. Not the staffs fault, but does effect the service. The wait however long, was worth the above average McDonald's fast food regiment. Did not receive what I ordered.waited for 30min or more in the drive through which is no faster than lobby service. Getting someone in store to assist your order takes 2xs as long. The amount of employees has grown.

Slowest service I've ever had at any McDonald's in the country. It took nearly 20 minutes before I got my order. Then it was wrong and no employees were up front for another couple minutes. Then it was wrong again and I just gave up.

I got two McDoubles and one of them had literally nothing on it. No ketchup, no pickles, no onions. I didn’t ask for that. Also the second McDouble was practically drenched in ketchup on half of the burger with the pickles and onions on that half of the burger as well and the other half of it was dry. Terrible food, the only decent thing was the fries.

Found a piece of silver hair in my quarter pounder… I ordered it with no cheese but it came w cheese I didn’t mind that until I took a bite into it and felt the hair in my teeth and it ruined my experience… Dave was quick to fix it but I feel like everyone should be wearing hair nets as someone who used to work there they apparently do not.

They are wearing sweat pants and one girl had her hair down and down to butt walking around order kids meal for the road trip and when my kid open the nugget box and there mac sauce in it no nuggets and they offer me some free ones but live 3.5 hours away

Of an order of 4 items, 1 was correct (it was the fries, and they were quite bad) they had no cheese and decided it was good to tell no one and only let them figure it out 10 miles down the road, and service was very bad and food took an exceptional amount of time to get the incorrect food.

Great Store in town, food 95 percent of the time is HOT and fresh. To the crybabies, use the mobile app. You will save money and TIME. Hats off to the employees at this Mc'ds.
Refused to make our 90 dollar breakfast order because we showed up at 10:31. The order was placed at 9:50a. We drove 40 minutes. Michael the manager left the store as soon as we complained. This restaurant essentially ruined our breakfast plan for 9 people.

Everyone, with the exception of one worker here, is friendly and ready to provide customers with quality service. I can say I am specific with my orders, and they do a great job fulfilling it above and beyond. The manager there, he does a great job.
