We were there over 2 hrs, it took an hr to get an appetizer, then another 45+ mins for part of the food to come out, then one order was wrong, the other 2 orders didn't come for another 45 mins, around the time the corrected order came out. We were never told there was a mix up in kitchen nor were our drinks checked and refilled during the entire 2 hrs. Also charged for an extra drink which we caught at $12.50! We won't return.
Not one to typically make bad reviews. Showed up for dinner at 6:30 waited 20 minutes before a waitress came and took our drink order and this was after I went to the counter to ask to have our order taken. Then proceeded to give us all the wrong drink orders. We didn’t get our food until almost an entire hour later. Usually not the one to complain or write negative reviews but I’m so sad with how much Perrets’s sucks these days. First off they said 25 minutes and it was 45 minutes. Secondly I ordered two pizzas and they turned it into one pizza that was half and half. Lastly their Broccoli cheese soup was literally the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen come out of that kitchen. It was straight grease. Absolutely disappointing don’t waste your time or your money.
