I ordered a carryout and when I got home and settled in, my supreme had raw dough. I called in and the manager, Jodie, made it right by having my order remade and delivered. She was very helpful and made my experience much better by handling the situation promptly and professionally. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure I received a properly cooked pizza. Thanks to Jodie and the awesome delivery driver, I’ll definitely be ordering from this location again.

Ordered food at around 10pm, the delivery status estimated 10:45pm for delivery, never received my food from anyone. Waited an hour to see if it'd show just to give up and order from a different restaurant.

Store was a wreck in the kitchen. Waited 90 minutes for our order. Was very well over waiting for the food. Took it home. And two items were missing from the order and the pizza was wrong. Cooks were heard cussing at each other in the back. When you live in a town of 10k people, word gets around on how stores handle busy times. Should of gotten frozen pizza from the store.

I ordered my food online for delivery, I was expecting to get my whole order. But I had to wait almost an hour for the food to get delivered, they didn't even use their own delivery driver the used door dash. Which I was not expecting to deliver my food in the first place. I ordered a large supreme pizza, bread sticks, fries, cinnamon sticks and a bottle of sweet tea. Which cost me $50.21, I didn't get the tea and fries. I was really hoping that Pizza Hut would do better, since yesterday I was massively disappointed by Domino's. I was hoping that Pizza Hut would be able to show that they could do better than Domino's. I tried taking care through the online customer service, but it wanted me to call the store. I called, and once I was transferred to the store line the store hung up on me. This is ridiculous and I don't plan on doing delivery and carryout, the only time I'll get Pizza Hut again is when I'm there in person. Hopefully things will get better.

Went inside and waited to be seated. At 5:45 guy came up from the front and said that they were doing any dinning from her on out even though people were inside the dinning area esting and waiting to be served. At 5:45 on a Friday night not good for business. He turned away three family's and a couple waiting to dine.

Rude white guy with a beard. Denied us because he said we looked like we would “dine and dash”. Isn’t that racial profiling?
Class/group of 13 of us went here. We wanted to pay separately but they couldn't do this and told us we had to pay per table on each bill. The waitress mentioned she was the only one on shift and was getting off at this time. She took our drink orders, then came out and said her manager was "mad" because she would be the only one serving us as the waitress is done her shift. Basically denied us service and told us we can't eat there. The manager couldn't even come out to tell us this herself, she got her waitress to tell us before she got off shift. Horrible service! Good communication is half the battle lady manager! Situation could have been handled 100 different ways better than how you handled it. Went to KFC, got way better service, even though they were short staffed, too!

We stopped at the location in Lander and they wouldn’t let our family dine in due to only having two employees working so we drove to the Riverton location who also only had two employees working but they went above and beyond with serving our family of 6. The food was fantastic and it was a very clean restaurant. Outstanding customer service from the manager and cook! I wish more places had good folks like the ones running the Riverton location!

Update: just gave them another chance. The service was better with the young lady who gave me my carryout order and took the money but the pizza is sick sad and sorry. They will not be getting any more of my familys business.Ordered for carryout. Asked for extra meat toppings of our taco pizza but I think they put less on. When I tried to ask the cashier about it she rolled her eyes and said "it's under that stuff" and pointed to the lettuce and cheese. The whole time I was there waiting she was talking to another staff about needing money for the cash register drawer and basically ignored me. All this after I stood there for at least 5 minutes waiting to be helped. No they weren't busy there was only 1 table of people there. It's whatever just disappointed in the customer service. Food tasted good even though there wasn't much meat on it.
