Place an order for delivery. Didn't show up. Said would be late. Again, never showed up. Then the answer I got from management was well were relying on doordash people and it was never on the way oh, and we close in 5 minutes so I'll have to cancel your order anyway.

I've eaten here north of ten times in the last couple of years. It's always hot and fresh. They try to have good customer service and they are friendly for Riverton. I usually eat pizza and a salad here. Mostly personal pan pizza pineapple and ham. I sometimes order a medium pepperoni. I like the wings but at almost $2 a wing I'm not willing to pay for them.

Me and my daughter was at the pizza hut in Riverton, Wyoming, on Sunday September 10th. And the waitress we had was worthless, she brought me tea with you might as well say no ice. Had to ask and then go remind her on a glass of ice. And I ordered the special boneless wings for 75 cents, she brought me no dipping sauce for them, had to ask for it. Plus my daughter had to ask for a plate for her pizza.

The food is passiable but the service lacks. I ordered a dilvery and even placed a tip for the driver. 20 min after the pizza was due to be deliverd it was not here. I called and ask where my order was. I was told i ask for pick up and not delivery. The question is why would i tip a driver when it was seen on their end as a carry out? I could not make them understand this point. Sooo i had to pay an additional fee for delivery even though they insisted i marked carry out. The young lady said they cant do anything about the fee I disagreed as if she wanted she could comp the whole order. I am now sitting here awating a order that i ordered an hour ago.

didn't even get to sit down to eat! walked in and the greeter was instantly rude to me my husband and child. we immediately left.

The cashier who checked me out lacked customer service skills. She continually went to the back in order to eat. I've worked fast food, I understand people get hungry and you need to find time to step back and eat. However, it should not be at the expense of your job.After I had paid the cashier, yet again, went to the back to begin eating again instead of handing my order to me. I had to open the warming door and grab the food myself.This was absolutely one of the worst experiences I've had at this Pizza Hut. Completely disappointed!

The service was great and the food was super fresh! I asked to have my wings cook an additional 2 minutes because I wanted them crispy and they did not disappoint at all! I'll be back very soon.

Where do I even begin? Benjamin, who apparently is a manager, waited on us. Never once spend more than like 15 seconds at our table. Practically threw the food down. Never asked how things were, didn’t refill our drinks. My wings had no sauce so I asked if he could put some on and the picture below is what he threw back in front of me before rolling his eyes and walking away (empty drinks sitting on the end of the table the entire time) Keana was so nice and she almost made the experience bearable. We didn’t even finish our meal we packed it up after I hunted him down for a box. Paid and left. The two girls up front listened, we’re so sweet and apologized. They should really reconsider who they have in management. We won’t be back.
