Order takeout like I usually do. Usually they get my orders right. This past time thought they left out two of my orders fries. I order 3 chicken strips meals. Usually when you get takeout orders your expecting all of your food will be in the to go boxes. My fault for not double checking while I was at the restaurant. But still you would think they would make everything was there before handing me my food

The prices were raised. The quality went down and somehow they manage to make macaroni and cheese so that the water only comes out when you eat it. Upon that, every time I've been there save the very first.The wait staff was extremely rude.

I ordered a club sandwich w/fresh cut fries, my husband ordered a shrimp meal. The sandwich was good, the fries were lukewarm and under cooked. And my husband didn’t even get his meal. The only time the waitress checked on us was when she brought my sandwich. Three strikes and you’re out, Trailhead.

Horrible service this morning shame on the staff for not letting us use a table they MADE us sit in a booth my dad was uncomfortable the whole time hes amputated i told the waitress and she completley ignored my request

Booth had two NAILS sticking out. Ripped my favorite pants and cut my leg. They refused to acknowledge or even apologize . These jeans were $120. TERRIBLE.
I told not only the waitress whom was very rude about it. She told me she didn’t know and to tell the person up front at the register. Chick shrugged her shoulders. I was mad and told her she needed to go get a hammer and nail them back into the booth.

Took a few minutes to be seated, but took order right away, received the food quickly, food was great, had to ask for coffee refill, but she seemed to disappear after the food was served. Over all the food was well worth it
