We stopped in while traveling and were told it would be a “thirty minute wait” but there were empty tables everywhere? We offered to sit at the bar, which was completely empty but it was also “a thirty minute wait”? Confusing. We did not feel welcome.

We waited over an hour for our food, the food was disappointing, hair was found in our food, the cook wasn't Wearing a hat or hairnet The blonde cook with face tats was more interested with flirting with the waitresses then cooking. They ended up having to get another cook in to get the food out. The guy dishwashing was great he was the best part of being there, he was interacting with the customers more then the waitress.

Did not care for this place. Got seated fast but it was 30 minutes after ordering without our food and being on limited time we had to leave and go nextdoor. Got our food there pretty fast. Prices were high for the area.

One of the best breakfasts I have had on the road, me and friends would definitely describe it as homely and authentic. Especially with the great atmosphere, kind servers, and great food. If I ever find myself in Riverton again before 11 I will make sure to stop buy for a hardy breakfast.
Vegetarian options: Can make your order vegetarian for example by ordering an omelette without meat.
Dietary restrictions: Dishes clearly list what ingredients they contain making it easy to decipher what works for you.
Parking: If it is busy will be hard to find a spot but plenty of parking nearby if you can’t get a spot right at the restaurant.
Kid-friendliness: Saw kids at the establishment having a great time being paid attention to by the servers.
Terrible service this evening. 2 different waiters brought our food. Appetizer came with food. Waitress on break. Send food back 2 times. And one came back cold. The entire visit was a accident. We will stick to mornings. And yes when does the wait staff wear sweats 😓.

Updating my review from a few years ago. Recent experience was reminiscent of how it was for many years....amazing. Food was great and waiting staff was exceptional. Very nice to see some restaurants making the recovery from covid and making the changes necessary to bring back customer service. Highly recommend for locals or travelers needing a quick bite.

This is so hometown. We went Saturday morning, and you could tell who the regulars were. They all had coffee and waitresses knew their orders. We had the funniest waitress. They have a mountain man breakfast--2 eggs and has browns + meat on one plate & 2 really big biscuits with sausage gravy on the other. You can get 1/2. My husband ordered it. "You want 1/2?" She said. "No, the whole thing." "Uh huh, I've seen this before..." He took 1/2 of it home. That said, it is super good food reasonably priced. The place looks like a mountain man built it and had a very clever wife decorate it. Log cabin-like with stained glass windows and quilts for curtains. And I always say you can tell alot about a place by the state of bathroom. Super clean and well appointed.

Had salad bar and the lettuce was turning brown nasty and the cottage cheese was watery .. it wasn't stocked up and it was lunch time but the lettuce was gross looking and tasting plus we had to salad bars that we didn't eat much of and 2 pepsi and cost us over 41 dollars ..Never again!!!
