I have always loved Wendy’s food and their service has always been great. However recently, especially on evening shifts, my orders have been wrong. Just tonight I ordered an Asiago bacon chicken sandwich no lettuce no tomato. Said it on the receipt and everything. When I look at it at home (I live 20 miles away, my fault I know) I ended up with a plain chicken sandwich my mayo, tomato, lettuce, and pickles. Not at all what I ordered and they weren’t even busy. Day shift has always been bomb with getting their orders out correctly. Maybe more diligence and awareness from the evening shifts which I’m sure contain majority high school kids but come on managers. Do better

The food was so cold my burger and my wife's that my dogs wouldn't even eat it cause it was like it had just came out of the fridge. Very disappointed since I live in Riverton,WY. And it is usually a little warm. The fries tasted like they had been sitting in the fry station for a very long time and where rubbery.. I tried to call but of course no answer, I hung up after 20 plus rings with my wife and son sitting here with me. They really need to have higher standards. If it's really owned by a corporation. ????¿

Krabby Patty sandwich had too much sauce along with junior bacon. Had to go back inside because junior bacon was messed up. Fries did not have any salt on them. Will now be going back. I'm highly disappointed in how downhill this place went since I left.

I went for lunch and ended up waiting for 45 minutes, if not more, for my food. From my observation, it truly was not the front casiers fault but purely a management issue. They had a senior staff member running the entire front by herself, handling cashier duties, food delivery, and Uber Eats orders, among other things. It almost brought tears to my eyes because she was so stressed out. I even heard her saying to herself, "Breathe." I observed management walk by her several times without helping her but instead helping in the drive-thru, which already had three people working there. Why was this poor lady left out to dry and stressed to the max?

The only down side is the water tastes bad, the carbonation between soda to water is off. Highly recommend having Pepsi adjust. Change water filter or something. But the staff is the friendliest staff you will meet. Big kudos for customer experience and the food was hit and fresh.
