Mostly empty restaurant and more than a dozen folks just waiting for a hostess to assist. The waitresses would just walk by and ignore all of us gave up after 5 to 10 minutes and told those that were coming in as we left that no one would seat anyone so left went somewhere else. They soon left as well!!!

Once again, I have been fooled by Applebee’s false advertisement and lies. The staff was friendly and nice and tried to resolve the issue. While this is not a staff issue it is the franchise as a whole cutting corners and now everyone has to suffer as a whole . The food was the most miserable experience I’ve ever had the displeasure to have. Not only was it obviously microwaved, it was microwaved wrong. I don’t know how you even do that. Then none of the staff would listen when I asked for a box and we waited a 10 extra minutes for the box and finally gave up. Not only was the food a horrible time we walked in with a large party at the restaurant was fairly empty, and they decided to shove all 10 of us into a corner booth shoulder to shoulder, making these experience even more miserable . Supposedly there is a restaurant remodel, this will not resolve the fundamental issues they have. If this review stops one family from eating here, then I at least know there is at least one more happy family in the world.

It's exactly the food you expect at Applebee's. Service could be better, someone (manager?) yelling servers names across the restaurant while one was trying to take our order was a major annoyance. Servers walking around looked annoyed and didn't want to be there. Ours was okay but definitely bad vibes.

I sat here for 30 minutes waiting for the manager Carter to fix my ticket, he is the worst manager I have ever seen In my life, worst service I have ever had at Dennys, definitely need to find a new manager
