The lunch menu has lots of reasonably-priced specials, and you aren't left hungry. I had the chicken lo-mein, which comes with brown rice and an egg roll. There was plenty to eat and it was delicious. The egg drop soup has lots of vegetables. Service was excellent. Recommended!
Wow!! I did not expect the sushi to be this good off the interstate... Not did i expect them to be so kind as to make me the roll i MEANT to order (i messed up and ordered the wrong roll and just couldnt eat it because of the cream cheese)... It was TOTALLY my mistake and i was ready to just eat my mistake, but no! I took the second roll with me (they just charged me for the two i ordered) and had it for breakfast at a rest stop the next morning (road trip!) and it was incredible....
Question: Can you find good Sushi in Wyoming? Answer: Absolutely. Bonsai with a mixed identity of Japanese and Chinese has some surprisingly outstanding sushi. WE passed on the Chinese and went solely with the Japanese. I always get a spider roll wherever I go for sushi. The one here was disappointing (the reason for a one star loss). They put lettuce in the roll and it actually over powered the crab. Just could not taste the soft shell. The other things we ordered were...
