Shakes are top tier, burgers and fries are mid. Fries tasted like negative aura Lowkey burgers lost aura when order was messed up

I was looking to get an order to-go at 7:30pm. Their closing time is 8:00pm and I thought this would be enough time, but I was refused service at the door by a women saying, “we are closed.”

If you get refused service for no stated reason on a cold/rainy day within service hours go a couple blocks over to “Taqueria Ariela’s”. That’s where I went. The food and service were great!

This is a great little spot to eat at. The waitresses are kind and the portions are huge. So huge in fact that we accidentally wasted some food on a road trip. Definitely shareable-sized meals, especially if you get fries and a milkshake.
We were on a road trip and our waitress was happy to refill our water bottles with lots of ice. It's always the small things that make or break a restaurant. We will happily return the next time we pass through Rock Springs.

I80 was locked down, and this fine gentleman delivered food to me where I was parked in my truck. It was amazing. Chili was delightful, when I saw the burger my heart melted, HUGE, I took a bite and I fell in love. I hope they get so much more business, and final note for the price I paid, so freaking worth it.
