Bk fries can and should be delicious. These were not. My burger was not hot. I went before lunch and it was like the food had been sitting for a long time. Gross and disappointing. Doubtful I'll be back

I called them, and the lady Donna picked up. She was insufferable and rude, and insisting oh I can’t do anything right now it’s the middle of lunch in the rudest tone ever. 1 star, horrible management. Don’t go here unless you want to be talked down on.

Standing in the lobby right now waiting for my food and I witness the two female workers standing next to the fries/drive thru EATING fries with their bare hands, gossiping loudly, and then loading bags with food and touching peoples fries without washing hands. The ONLY worker wearing gloves is the one wrapping burgers. And the only one who looks like he is doing his job. Nobody else is wearing a hair net or gloves. I will definitely not return to this place, that is unprofessional, very gross and I’m fairly certain it is against health code. They’re standing around chatting, texting, and GRAZING on the food like it’s a personal kitchen! On top of all that, I waited quite a while for them to make my order. These employees need spoken to and re trained on cleanliness/health code and professionalism. Next time you come through rock springs, choose a different spot unless you want germs all over your food.

It was wonderful. They had crowns out on the tables and extra crows by the drink machine. The staff was terrific, very nice and friendly, glady got me a water cup when asked. They are also open quite late. Would recommend stopping here on your travels. Best Burger King I've eaten at, good spot 👌🏻.
