We stopped in on our way through the area around 7AM. We were welcomed with a smile and “good morning”. We needed a minute to make our selections but served quickly when ready. Quality of all the products were incredible. Everything was so soft, fresh, and delicious.

Was in town and excited to finally try the COWBOY Donuts everyone raves about. Let me start by saying the donuts were good and got a 5 star, atmosphere 3 because it was small, hot, and hard to see the display because of people and small space. Service received a 1 star ladies were rude, rushed and not friendly. So unfortunately for me, I will not return the customer service ruined the whole experience. I will stop at a grocery bakery or maverick and get the same taste without the unpleasant and rude experience. FYI this was the Rock Springs Wyoming location.
We read about Cowboy Donuts before our road trip from Oregon to Colorado. So glad we made the stop! Light and yummy, not oily tasting, and not too sweet! Excellent!

I've always loved this place and they're always so helpful in describing or telling you the flavors or what you may be interested in... This place won a spot in my heart when the owner himself came to check on me because I was already in labor and had to grab a bite to eat before I went to the hospital, I sincerely apologize, But I had to! Still remember his face at that moment 🙃

Placed an order 4 days in advance, when we picked it up half of the order was wrong and we called the shop (they couldn't do anything for some reason) so then we emailed the owner to ask if anything could be done and didn't get a response. If we are spending over 50 dollars on an order I would at least expect it to be right.

I decided to stop and buy some donuts on my way home. So I stopped here at cowboy donuts. They looked great. But leave a weird after taste. The cost was $16.50 for a dozen donuts making them pricey as well.they aren't bad, they aren't great. Middle of the road donuts.
