We go to this Dickey's often. The only true complaints that I have is that the potatos are at times under baked, and they salt the okra. Every time I order from them I ask them to NOT put extra salt on my okra. The last two times they have ignored my request and added that extra salt anyway. I can't eat it when the extra salt is added. It dosent taste good. You can not add extra salt to okra like you can with fries. I really love okra, but I dont go there as often as I want to because when I want to go, I want the okra, and I can't get it because my request of no extra salt is ignored. I would like to go and grab something to eat today, but I dont know if my request for no extra salt added will be addressed. Adding extra salt really does change the taste. I throw it away instead of eating it. If you could address this issue. I would appreciate it. The people who like the added salt can add it themselves.

This place rocked!!! I love how thoughtful they were!! They were handing out free dinner on Thanksgiving!! If I was a local they would definitely have my business 100% thank the Lord for people like them, especially during the holidays, that give to the less fortunate!!

Owner runs an energy industry business where multiple negligent injuries and fatalities have occurred. The latest incident killed a 22 year old father. The family can afford lawyers to shield them from justice, but the public can hold them accountable in a small way by boycotting or demanding ownership change of the Rock Springs Dickey's Barbecue Pit and Sonic Drive-In. Parents, please consider this track record before allowing your teens to work for these establishments. Representing Bayer, I know what safety is and these people have no regard for it.
The employees were polite, and the restaurant was clean but the food was trash. The fries were burnt beyond the ability to eat them chicken dry as a bone, brisket dry as a bone. They were out of most of the other sides. Garlic bread was great, by far best thing on the plate
