They accidentally messed up my pizza, but went out of their way to fix it and were so courteous. Wish every business was this customer focused.

I ordered a large thin crust pepperoni pizza. What I got was a tasteless (yes tasteless) bland Pepperoni .Avoid this place and drive over to Papa Murphy's. Now that's a real pizza.
Parking: All Good here... Look out for the huge potholes....

I ordered Domino's for dinner tonight. It was pretty bad! I'm disappointed, for awhile they had improved but it looks like they're headed back downhill.

Horrible. Took over an hour to get our food and when we got it, it was cold. I got half pepperoni and half sausage with extra of both and there wasn't even enough sausage on it to have the regular amount. Very disappointing. Never again you can actually see how cold it is and I just opened the box after getting it from the driver.

If you order online it goes website the local Rick springs store does not receive the order. My mom had surgery and can’t drive she can see store from her apartment. 5 hours to get a pizza and dessert. 5 hours . I called 4 x to figure why they can’t process order.

First they call stating they didn’t have brownies, totally fine then another lady calls 3 mins later to tell me the same thing.. an hour goes by (mind you the tracker is down very convenient) I call and they can’t find my order. Spent 10+ mins waiting to hear “well did you switch it carry out” no i sure didn’t they say that they have no idea what happened to my order it could have been taken out and the driver didn’t scan it out(also didn’t happen), then to top it off they say “we can remake it but there’s no eta on when it can get to you ”. Ridiculous and lazy customer service.

The app has issue's with showing apt number so I called to let them know what apt it was so they wouldn't bother my neighbors and they hung up on me

Go to papa murphy its better tasting food and when they mess something up the fix it. Dominos employees won't even put a manager on the phone when your order is delivered to the wrong house and the delivery employee doesn't even have the decency to knock on the door. Horrible experience that could have been resolved over the phone.

RIP OFF PRICE CHANGED 3 TIMES!!!I EVEN AFTER I SIGNED RECEIPT!!! when order got to my house the receipt price said $26 n some change, which was different than what I was told over the phone. After going over the receipt with driver I agreed and SIGNED IT? my mistake. Now looking at bank statement they charged me $36!! The price had been changed AGAIN after I signed it no less. I'm guessing driver tip, the box I DIDN'T CHECK because I didn't have THAT much money in that account. After calling them with a complaint wanting money back and was told there is no manager there at that location I will NEVER EAT DOMINO'S AGAIN. Pizza was good but I can't afford to be lied to, phone order employee, ripped off, delivery driver.. altering receipt...I WANT MY MONEY BACK FEEL COMPLETELY SCAMMED MANIPULATED...
