I absolutely adore Hooligans Espresso. I’ve visited twice now, once 12 years ago, and then again this year, and both times my drink was delicious with a bit of fun flair. This time I got an oat chai latte and got gummy bears on the lid.
I’ll always stop here when I’m in Rock Springs.
