Really really tasty

No instructions, very expensive, if you don’t finish food you get charged don’t recommend will not come again

Have to cook yourself and you have to peel your eggs when they done cooking and there is no instructions to cook it the only cool thing there was was the robot

Authentic as I’ve seen in the Western USA. Very good. Brings back many memories abroad.

Quality ingredients. Strong options and selection. Still needs something though.

This is more of an experience than a place to just go get dinner. This place is something you should try if you aren't sure about hot pot, or if you havent gone yet. It's worth a try for sure. Hope you are okay with a robot server though! And no.... I'm not joking about that. They have a robot. 🤖

When this restaurant first opened, we decided to go in and try. I've always wanted to try hotpot. I was not disappointed. the service was great, they explained the whole process and were very prompt. Staff was well kept, and the entire restaurant had a clean and calm atmosphere. we even were able to try items they hadn't released on the menu and were able to approve of it to be on the menu. Fast forward almost a year. We went in, and a lot has changed with the atmosphere for the best. There are more decorative items in the establishment. The environment is still calm. They have added a Boba shop, menus with menu item staples, and more lighting and plants to complete the feel. The menu is very easy to navigate and explains to you how to order. The staff is still prompt and well kept. They even have autonomous service with a robot, which would be a cool experience as a couple on a date! They were very accommodating to our 1 year old son and concerned with him being young enough to not be able to chew completely on certain things. The food is fresh, amazing and so good. They do tell you on the menu that any food left over will have a charge due to cutting down on food waste, which I think is a very intuitive and amazing thing to do. It's all you can eat, but be careful not to over order. The quality for the price is slightly skewed, in my opinion. However, with everything they've added and provided, it's worth it. Let me know if you try this restaurant. And if this helps you try it, like this review. Fyi, the place is tucked away in the commerce center and is slightly difficult to find if you haven't been there before. Drive into the commerce bank atm entrance, and it is right across from cowboy donuts.

This place is so good. Kind of expensive but the atmosphere and all you can eat is worth it.

Atmosphere of this place is great. Good lighting and nice jazz music playing. I’ve never been to a hot pot restaurant before, but the menu was easy to understand and the waiter answered any questions we had. It was me and my husband going there and we both got our own soup base flavors and it worked out well. The meats do come out frozen, but I think that makes sense since they are shaved so thin. It was all you can eat and for the price, I thought it was a good deal. They have one of those little waiter robot which I thought was cool. Everything was delicious. Only possible complaint I could have is how sweet the brown sugar boba milk tea is, but I think I could have just asked for no/less syrup. My husband got the crème brûlée boba tea and it was much less sweet. They also have a good selection of wine and beers.

Been here many times for the boba. It's really good! And I've dine in the hotpot too, the mushroom soup is my favorite.

Such wonderful tastes! Sometimes simplicity is way better and this place proved it! We are so used to processed foods, full of cause, breading etc.
definitely a place to try for a wonderful experience and flavorful food. Highly recommend
