Atreyu was possibly the worst person they could have hired to work the counter, he was rude ignored my ask for a to go bag after he was already rude taking my order because the screens were down the only saving grace was the gentleman working with him and the sweet manager. Stay on i80 and go to the next service stop.

Im speechless. Staff held up mens bathroom talking on his cell phone. When is customers had only 15 minutes before our bus would be leaving and our next bathroom break was 5 hours away

I feel like every day the shake, McFlurry, and the smoothie machine is always broken. I’m thinking that they just have it turned off so they don’t have to make it because to them it’s to “hard”. It’s hot out guys, some of us would like a cold treat. Plus McDonald’s is known for the McFlurrys, especially if the smores one is a limited edition we can’t even try it because it’s always broken.

I ordered for my family today and I some sausage muffins never once said egg I got to the window they said sausage mc muffins I said yes I get to the window and that was the first time egg was mentioned and I said that’s not what I ordered I didn’t care about the extra money I just didn’t want egg in any of the food and the girl got the manager and she was blaming me and getting mad and said oh my god when I asked her to fix the mistake we obviously had. I was done fighting with them in there mistake so I left. This manager needs to fix her workers mistake instead of yelling at the customers and having a fit

Was a busy morning just before the end of breakfast. The staff was running around trying to fill all the breakfast orders. They were friendly and efficient. I was in and out with my breakfast in 5 mins despite the rush of people. No complaints here!
