I read John Pratt’s review and I took his suggestion to seek this disk out. I ordered the “Molcajete de la casa”. Molcajete is the mortar bowl that it is served in. In the bottom of the bowl is a chili relleno smothered in a mildly spicy salsa with queso cheese on top, chicken, beef, grilled cactus leaf and bacon wrapped shrimp. Absolutely a must try when in Rock Springs. I’m sure this is a local favorite, where as it would be one of mine!
Traveled many hours to have eaten here and in the future I certainly will do it again. I was blown away by the quality of food! Great job and 5 ⭐️stars all the way around!
