Old Chicago Pizza + Taproom

Stopped in for dinner, shortly after arriving in Rock Springs, & at the suggestion of our front desk clerk, Mesa. The place was packed & everyone was in a good mood!We had an appetizer of fried pickles, they were amazing!! I was in the mood for wings, so I ordered a small with applewood BBQ sauce. Our food arrived quickly & my wings were sooo yummy!! The menu had offerings for just about anything taste. Our server did a good job, checked in frequently, without hovering. Definitely an enjoyable meal!

Everything was really great! Food and drink were top notch. The Manicotti was delicious! It wasn't until my server brought me my change things got a little weird. I was dining alone and I understand severs dont always like that because it could effect their tip. I always give more than +30% when dining alone. The waitress brought me all large bills back so asked for some change to tip. The mood seemed to go sour after that. I'm not going to tip you 66% just because I dined alone and you should feel bad for even trying that trick. Left feeling frustrated.

I ordered 2 pizzas and had them delivered. They both looked and tasted great. I will definitely eat at Old Chicago next time

I decided to try this location to see how it compared to the Missoula location. Awesome fish and ships. Excellent service from Sylvania?
The only difference was that in Missoula the bar is separated from the dining room with a wall. The location in Rock Springs was noisier.

Sat at the bar and the service was excellent. Great draft beer selection and nice to try a local brew. The cheese tortellini with red sauce was really good. Would return if in the Rock Springs Area again.

I always like Old Chicago. They have reliable food and a lot of TVs for watching sports. The service the nights I went was really good. They have a large selection of beers. The atmosphere is clean and very sports bar driven. If you want to catch a game and grab a beer, I would strongly recommend this place in Evanston.

I do DoorDash. And I was picking up an order first time in there. And I didn’t know we’re supposed to ask for the order. I saw it on the counter on the side. As I was walking out. One of the ladies grabbed me and snapped at me outside. Then dragged me back inside to snap at me again inside in front of everyone.i felt ashamed. I felt bad not knowing. But she could have been nicer even if im just a dasher.

LOL, honestly some of the worst food I’ve ever had in my life. First, they really went to the pizza toppings and put them on a stick for our bloody mary’s. Even the crustiest of bars make a better bloody mary than whatever we had.
Second, me and my friend kept finding hair in our food, it was disgusting.
Third, from the little food we did eat because we were so starving we were willing to eat this bland trash, it caused both my friend and I to get mild food poisoning.
The server was kind and amazing, but I literally have no idea how this place is in business. Never in my life will I be going back.

Sometimes it’s hard to get someone to wait on you and they’re not really that busy till later on that night. I love the food here. Pizzas are fantastic.

This was not a good experience for us after I told the waitress our appetizer was not good she took it back when we were done she gave us our bill with no itemized ticket so I wondered if the appetizer had been removed. I asked for the itemized bill when I got it I realized it was not taken off the bill. That wasn't the point we didn't like it but she didn't bring me the itemized bill, thinking I wasn't going to ask for it? I guess we just shouldn't just assume people aren't going to tip 18 years as a server I tip what's deserved by the service given.
