terrible experience I never got my order, and was refused a refund. I will be ordering from your competitors from now on. Your manager Mariah was slovenly and looked disgusting. the store did not look clean. very unprofessional and a horrible experience. good luck with your market share pizza hut

The menus were so far out of date that everything was almost doubled price wise! They put "prices are not accurate" in sharpie on the menu, but the prices were not specified at all. The cheese shakers were stale and no longer fresh. The pizza was barely luke warm when we got it. Our pasta dish was cold. We were also told the pasta came in a pan, and instead came in a small foil dish. Our server also was the manager, and she wanted nothing but to have us in and out as fast as possible when we were the only ones in the restaurant. It was obvious that we were being rushed out the door. This experience was unacceptable between the poor service and overall bad food.

Hasn't been the same since 2019, service quality hasn't approved in the last 5 years and after receiving undercooked chicken in the past I no longer consider this location safe for consumption. The Green River location is much better.

You worry when you walk into a dine-in restaurant during the dinner hour and see all the chairs upside down on the tables. Is dine-in even available? Fortunately, the hostess/server said yes, and seated us in a booth -- surrounded by table with upside-down chairs.
That was really the only thing wrong with the place. It was clean, the food hot and fresh, the service quite good. I'd eat there again.

It's clean and I didn't have complaints about the seating until I sat down and it smelt like pee. ? Odds are a kid earlier that day had an accident in the area and any good parent knows they're probably embarrassed about it. Everything looked clean and nice, there just was a smell. Though no one else in my group seemed to smell it. The food was great and we all enjoyed two original medium pizzas, cheese and peperoni. It filled my group of 6. Our waiter was a bit slow on response but it wasn't to much of a worry.

I HAD to try the lunch buffet, with Izzy's going out of business years ago, & buffets generally forced out of business with the pandemic, etc., good buffets are few & far between any more. I am very pleased. The food was good, and pizza hot. I'm so glad I came, and the Senior Discount was an additional blessing, a person could almost afford to do this on a regular basis. Thank you!!
This is a take out or delivery establishment only that hasn’t closed their dine-in restaurant yet. Food was served in tin containers with plastic forks. Napkins were a roll of paper towels. Menu provided wasn’t what was actually available. Service was by someone who said she wasn’t a server. Restaurant was empty so I guess it was our bad in the first place. Whatever happened to PH anyway? Sad but don’t eat in here!!
When I buy pizza, I always examine the slice cut, crispness, bake of the crust, and the bottom of the slice. I sniff the slices.
I did not like how my pan pizza was pulled apart. That is suspect behaviors to me.
I sniffed under one slice, and it smelled like a cookie, which means what? They didn't clean the pan and just slapped some more oil on it and baked more stuff.
The quality of at least two slices sufficed at the time of this review.
As far as service. They did not know how to keep composure. Once they saw me, their demeanor changed to a low resolution. But I guess I had most of a personal pan pizza.
