I had the worst French dip sandwich of my life today. It was completely devoid of flavor. The au jus was negative salty if that's even possible 👎👎👎

I love Quiznoz so I was excited to take my kids when I saw the sign. They are hard to find and my youngest had never been before the one close to our house closed years ago. The food was good, but the service was HORRIBLE. The lady that took our order was RUDE and snotty and I just seemed determined to spread her misery. The tables were dirty and I felt so uncomfortable we took our food to go. My kinda enjoyed the food but ask 3 said they never want to stop there again because none of the employees smiled or seemed willing to answer 2 questions about the menu. Good help is hard to find but c'mon, there's no excuse for the behavior. I will say there was a young man at the end of the oven who at least didn't act like we were ruining his day by being there

The dark hair girl working behind the counter would not have a job anymore if I was her boss. She was not courteous at all, infact I would call her rude. She clearly didn't want to be there making food for customers. The store itself was dirty and disorganized. Most of the Quiznos across the eastern states closed years ago and this one should have too!!

Rock Springs Location...We walked in and the employees did not smile at all. They asked us right away what we would want, but got snotty when they came back multiple times to "are you ready to order YET?" She rolled her eyes and walked away while our six and nine year old kids looked over the unfamiliar menu. Due to this lack of excellence with customer service we did not stay to eat. Food was fine, but service issues made it less than desirable.

Right off the bat the 2 guys working were super friendly when we walked in! Sandwiches were all made quickly, to order, and they were delicious. We were just passing through, but if we are in the area again, we will definitely eat here again.
Wanted a quick bite and there's not much in the area. Service was quick and friendly, and Angus cheese steak sandwich was tasty.
