My girlfriend and I frequent this place. They always provide a dining experience worth the price. This is first time leaving a review because tonight they knocked it out of the park. The service and especially the food were spectacular. I highly recommend. Jerry, if you’re reading this, your late night staff was amazing tonight.

Very attentive service, great food, and everything you would want from a hibachi grill. We had a great time, thank you!

Fantastic little gem in Rock Springs. Punches above it's weight in service and value. Would rival a standard big city hibachi. Go check it out.

Eight of us hardcore hillbillies stopped in for lunch and even though they were a bit short staffed they gave us EXCELLENT food and service. Highly recommend! The manager and staff all were outstanding, food on point from a self-declared snob, thanks to all for making our lunch extraordinarily great!

Love Jerry's restaurant. Waitstaff is wonderful, food is great, the dessert Ninja rolls are to die for, perfect end to the meal.
How does a town like Rock Springs, WY have a sushi restaurant this good?! Honestly, I don't care. There's a Tesla Supercharger adjacent to the restaurant, so I can recharge my car and my love of sushi at the same time. Surprisingly good!
Food is okay, but I got well-done steak instead of medium-rare. They made it right when they redid it. The sake was average at best. The service was a little lacking. Friendly servers, but understaffed and unattentive. The atmosphere was more of a family restaurant than your typical fine steakhouse, with loud, annoying music being played during a gathering that flooded the whole restaurant (I was in a completely different section, but it still carried loudly to my area).
Bonsai is definitely a better choice to eat at. I won't be returning here. If I'm in the mood for steak, this won't be my choice of establishment.
Server was new and quite forgetful. I had chicken hibachi and hubby had steak hibachi. Maybe cook used too much ginger? We both got violently ill after dinner.
Yesterday, I went to dinner with my children for the first time in a while, and unfortunately, the experience was even more disappointing than our last visit. It’s a shame that the quality of the food has declined so much since the restaurant first opened—I used to dine there regularly.
In my opinion, the cook responsible for the regular tables is not doing a good job. My children and I all ordered the same dish—the Sapporo House Fried Rice—and it was very disappointing. The rice wasn’t grainy; instead, it had a doughy texture. The beef was barely visible and cut into pieces so small they were hard to find. The shrimp was overcooked, and the chicken was tough and difficult to chew.
The only positive part of the meal was the dessert, which we all enjoyed. Also, I noticed that the bathroom was in need of more frequent cleaning and maintenance.
