You can tell the leader behind this has IT. The atmosphere was incredible they work like family. The customer service was impeccable. Have had dinner here a couple of times. Tried the salmon and yellowtail sushi rolls. The sushi is good with tight rolls, well cooked rice, and good flavors. I have had hibachi steak and scallions and New York steak and lobster. I enjoyed the steak and lobster more than the steak and scallion. The hibachi rice and vegetables are delicious. A good hibachi restaurant. I would eat here again.

First off - I love their food. This review is not about the food, but what I experienced tonight. I made an online pick-up order at about 5:35, scheduled to pick up at 6:15. They messed up my order, only making 1 katsu box when I needed 2. I caught this error, showed the front desk girl my order confirmation on my phone, and then I waited for AN HOUR AND A HALF to get the rest of my order. I talked to 4 different staff members explaining what I needed and I watched a dozen other to-go orders be picked up in the process. I don’t understand why they did not fix my order first, I’m sure there definitely was a break down in communication as it was a busy night. But that was absolutely ridiculous and very frustrating.

What a great experience at the hibachi grill! Fun, friendly, diligent staff put on a creative, inactive display of Japanese cooking, an art at its best. Very reasonable, family friendly with a modern atmosphere!

Went with my mom and couple of friends and my 6 year old daughter they included my daughter while they did their show gave her a sword balloon and showed her how to set off the Halloween decorations they where closed for lunch break but still gave us the best food and service

Dietary restrictions: My mom who is very allergic was still able to enjoy the show they cooked her steak first then went in with everyone else

Kid-friendliness: They where wonderful with my daughter let her enjoy the show and be part of it along with showing her all the decorations she could clap and set off

Food was below average. Meat didn’t taste the best. Flavors weren’t there. Just wasn’t impressed & wouldn’t recommend. Nothing was good.

I was pleasantly surprised it was a Japanese restaurant in Wyoming. It took me about ten minutes from the Beat Western Hotel. Sapporo is located opposite the mall.

The building needs some fresh paint, and the personnel needs a good manager, as several people came to ask me if I ordered anything else, and they bought me the wrong order.

Only one person makes the sushi rolls, and they take a while. Even simple rolls like the Dragon took 10 minutes.

The lady in front of me got her food instantly while I was still waiting for my roll.
I was disappointed the tea was in a bag and not lost tea like in other places.
The birthday song and the light are unique but too loud.

Perhaps Saporro is better at complete meals than sushi rolls. Maybe I have the expectations of a Chicagoan traveling West. But for all those reasons, I give it three stars.

I can significantly improve with better management of writers, another sushi maker, a fresh coat of paint, and organizing the menu so Sapporo offers fewer items and can concentrate on the sushi rolls, which are the highest price on the menu. Very hardworking people who care about their customers.
