I’ve been to a lot of sonics, and this is BY FAR the worst. Slowest service, at least half the screens don’t work or are falling apart. Forgot all of my sauces and still failed to give me the right sauce after asking. Red button blinks for like 10 minutes and nobody will answer requiring you to use the app or go inside. I’ve never ever left a review for anything but this sonic just made me want to grit my teeth. Just run down, slow, and not even good. Rude staff too.

Fast drive thru serves room temperature chicken strips, Luke warm fries… I’m sure that is not allowed by the health inspector… room temperature meats can cause food poisoning. I have had to go in and have two big orders completely remade, and I won’t trust them with my health anymore. BE WARNED Rock Springs.

We ordered food for 3 people at the Drive-thru. I ordered a Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger and a medium Chicken Bites.
When we received our bag, just as the driver said "Do we have napkins?", the employee closed the window and went away. We checked the bag: ZERO napkin (for 3 people!).
We had to wave for the employee to notice us and cracked the window open. We said again: "Can we have napkins? They're are none in the bag." and WITHOUT A WORD (of surprise or apology), the employee handed a few and closed the window again!
(No, it was not that cold, no wind, and the sun was out!)
We took the road again (commuting on the interstate) and we realized my burger was missing!!
I tried calling them (because they say that if you call immediately, you can schedule a time to come get your missing item or your refund at your confinience).... I called THREE TIMES. Nobody ever picked up the phone.
To top out off, the chicken bites I ordered were DRYYYYY and too salty (I couldn't even finish the third one) ! And the others said they really weren't impressed with their burgers (to put it nicely).

We are so disappointed (and hungry!)! We commute several times a week and usually go to Wendy's, Arby's (for good reasons, apparently!), but thought we'd give Sonic a chance..... Well. That's a fail!
Bad service. Bad food. Missing food. No one to help you with issues.

I'm writing this review as proof that I did try to contact them on time, and expect to get my money back next time we come through town.

Ok I don't usually do this but we were just at the rock springs store. First they gave me the wrong food got home had to go back. Then gives me a greasy sack says it's not cold. Pretty lame I would have liked fresh food . Worst chicken sandwich I've ever had 2 dried out chicken strips on a bun. Sure would be nice to get good customer service for a change. Try caring about you customers please

The food has improved vastly since it's opening, unfortunately the service has gone in the opposite direction.

Seriously the worst sonic I’ve ever been to. I’ve given this location a couple of tries and made excuses for them, but I will no longer be going here. My drinks are never consistent and the employees could care less about their jobs. Tonight I asked for a blast and a soda and got the blast and a plain vanilla ice cream. Went back to see if I could get my drink and they made it completely wrong and also didn’t even put ice in it. The amount of awful reviews I’ve seen and heard locals talk about, I don’t know how this place is even still open. It’s never good. Hell, it’s not even decent. Just go somewhere else.

The sonic is very dirty. The benches and backs of tables are never washed. The white walls are not white. Entry doors have not been washed or sanitized. Bathroom needs help.
Food is what you pay for
Small shake and fries for $3.50 is what you get. Nasty cold fries and a chocolate shake that didn’t taste like chocolate.
I would say the franchise owner needs to get down there and do some cleaning and evaluate quality of food.
We were traveling and thought we could get something descent there but I would have rather went to McDonalds or Burger King.

Waited 3 mins with three cars ahead of me at 2:00 in the afternoon. When I received my food it was cold. Everything from the fries to the burger. I didn’t get offered a receipt. This is not the first time. The food didn’t even taste good. Won’t be visiting for burgers and fries anytime soon

Food is decent but the location is disgusting and dirty and the staff who work here really seem like they hate their jobs. They got our order wrong, didn't offer a receipt, and gave me dirty looks for asking for the correct order and a copy of my receipt.
The cookie-cutter scripted owner responses here are tone deaf and impersonal.
