No comfortable seating. I usually go to a coffee shop to work but they don’t seem to cater to that due to the blaring music & hard wood chairs. So loud the workers were unable to hear my order as they are dancing and singing to the tunes. I’m not opposed to having fun, but it just made me want to leave. The floors & tables were dirty at 7:30 am. Did they forget to clean up the night before?
Come in Starbucks . Do better.

The only place I get my drink made perfectly is in my hometown of Redlands, CA.

When I travel I-80, I always stop in town to get fuel at the Walmart fuel stop nearby. I've come numerous times, and finally, I have to leave a comment. I always ask for a Trenta Iced Coffee with five White Mocha shots, half and half, no classic and easy ice.

It always tastes terrible, and they never stir the blend. I finally lost it when a Venti White Mocha tasted terrible. A lot of talking goes on behind that counter, and I've only detected slight genuine customer service from staff. I'll just watch the interaction with other clients, and maybe it's just the regulars that get the better service. It's hit or miss, but the drinks are the issue.

I travel all over the U.S. and this is one of a few locations that just don't match up with the many I visit. I have given up on this location, but I do hope it improves.

Ordered ahead on the app 10/10 don’t recommend, nine orders are obviously their lowest priority even though they receive payment before you receive goods.

Ordered a London fog at drive thru on Sunday 2/23/25 at 3:10 P.M. It was HORRIBLE, Thanks for the Earl Grey hot tea. Unbelievable. 👎👎👎👎👎

I've had issues here before and said nothing. But, today my order was bad. I ordered a peppermint mocha and a bacon gouda. My peppermint mocha had zero peppermint and my gouda was hard as a rock and I couldn't even eat it. I drove all the way over from GR just for Starbucks. Only to be disappointed again.

I didn't get a friendly welcome. I really miss the good old Starbucks days when people didn't seem to be bothered to serve you. Got the wrong protein drink, the order sticker was sloppily stuck on the front of the bottle. I was friendly when asking for the correct one but there was no communication just took it out of my hand and gave me the right one, no sorry, have a nice day nothing.

I've gone twice to this Starbucks and they gave me an ice cold breakfast sandwich. Of which I wasn't reimbursed when I called the customer service line. They didnt reimburse me because I had closed my Starbucks program account a couple years ago and since they didnt have access to mu accout they acted helpless to help me in any other way.
On second visit they were out of stock of a lot of drinks that I would have ordered.

I come 2 times in week today i order chai latte 8 sugar but they don’t putt the sugar please read carefully and make the order properly you charge me 6 $ something for chai latte but order not good
